Dr. Arlene Paulette Accoo (formerly Birchett) is a speaker, author, visionary leader, and kingdom builder, as well as the founder of Women of Great Purpose. She also serves as the CEO of My Great Price Global Ministries. With over 25 years of experience in spiritual care, counseling, and leadership, she brings deep compassion, wisdom, and authenticity to every life she touches.
An ordained minister through the Philadelphia Baptist Association, Dr. Accoo is a board-certified chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains, specializing in trauma-informed care, resilience, and holistic healing. Dr. Paulette, affectionately known as "Mentor to Women," serves as a pastor to pastors and coaches entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders, empowering others to walk boldly in their purpose with courage and faith.
A proud alum of Drew, Palmer, and Temple, Dr. Accoo lives her calling anchored in Christ. She echoes the words of John Wesley:
“The world is my pulpit.”
She believes that a church without walls is her pulpit, reaching multi-generational people wherever they are with a message of love, healing, purpose, and hope.
Rev. Geralda Aldajuste is a passionate pastor, author, and life coach dedicated to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and thrive. Formerly the senior pastor at St. Paul UMC in Willingboro. She is a leader with a heart for pastoral care, teaching, and outreach ministries. Rev. Aldajuste is a former professor at Mercer County Community College—currently, the academic Dean at Mid-America College of Funeral Service. As a licensed funeral director and life insurance agent, she is a grief specialist, her work focusing on supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Outside of her ministry, she enjoys spending time with friends and traveling. A proud Drew alum.
Apostle M. Queeni Green has faithfully served as the Senior Pastor of Rivers of Life for nearly ten years. She is an accomplished author, life coach, and professional singer with a multifaceted personality that enables her to seamlessly balance her personal, professional, and spiritual roles. Apostle Queenie is a true woman of God. She is known for her unwavering dedication and commitment to going above and beyond for others, empowering those around her through her leadership and ministry.
Nija B. Payne is a dynamic individual who excels in many areas of life. An educator and special education professional, Dr. Payne is also an ordained deacon and a successful entrepreneur in her Mary Kay business. As a Skin Curator on Facebook at Happy Glow Virtual Suite, Nija shares her passion for skincare and beauty. She holds a doctorate from Liberty University and a master’s degree in education from Temple University. A devoted wife and mother, Nija enjoys traveling, reading, and digital creation in her free time. Her diverse roles and love for exploring the world make her a multifaceted and inspiring individual.
Kara Edwards is a Princeton University graduate, an accomplished musician, and a choir director with years of experience working with nonprofits and diverse communities. She is also a dedicated caregiver and passionate advocate for abused women and human trafficking awareness. Kara is a blessed, prayerful single woman who devotes her time to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
