Rev. Dr. Arlene Paulette Birchett is a speaker, author, visionary leader, Kingdom builder, and founder of Women of Great Price and servant pastoral leader of My Great Price Global Ministries.

With over 25 years of experience in spiritual care, counseling, and servant leadership, she is a board-certified chaplain and ordained minister specializing in trauma-informed care, resilience, and holistic healing. A proud Drew, Palmer, and Temple alum.

Affectionately known as the “Woman of Great Price,” she mentors pastors, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and women in leadership—empowering them to heal, grow, and walk boldly in purpose.

Anchored in Christ and committed to service beyond walls, her guiding conviction is: “The world is my parish.”

She carries a global message of love, healing, purpose, and hope—helping women rise and fulfill their God-given calling.

Rev. Geralda Aldajuste is a passionate pastor, author, and life coach dedicated to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and thrive.  Formerly the senior pastor at St. Paul UMC in Willingboro.  Rev. Gerrie is a leader with a heart for pastoral care, teaching, and outreach ministries. Rev. Aldajuste is a former professor at Mercer County Community College—currently, the academic Dean at Mid-America College of Funeral Service. As a licensed funeral director and life insurance agent, she is a grief specialist, her work focusing on supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Outside of her ministry, she enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.  A proud Drew alum.

Apostle M. Queeni Green has faithfully served as the Senior Pastor of Rivers of Life for nearly ten years. She is an accomplished author, life coach, and professional singer with a multifaceted personality that enables her to balance her personal, professional, and spiritual roles seamlessly. Apostle Queenie is a woman of God. She is known for her unwavering dedication and commitment to going above and beyond for others, empowering those around her through her leadership and ministry.

 Nija B. Payne is a dynamic individual who excels in many areas of life. An educator and special education professional, Dr. Payne is also an ordained deacon and a successful entrepreneur in her Mary Kay business. As a Skin Curator on Facebook at Happy Glow Virtual Suite, Nija shares her passion for skincare and beauty. She holds a doctorate from Liberty University and a master’s degree in education from Temple University. A devoted wife and mother, Nija enjoys traveling, reading, and digital creation in her free time. Her diverse roles and love for exploring the world make her a multifaceted and inspiring individual. 

 Kara Edwards is a Princeton University graduate, an accomplished musician, and a choir director with years of experience working with nonprofits and diverse communities. She is also a dedicated caregiver and passionate advocate for abused women and human trafficking awareness. Kara is a blessed, prayerful single woman who devotes her time to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
